The HPE iLO Mobile application allows IT administrators to remotely access the console of their HPE ProLiant servers from their Android devices. This mobile app interacts directly with the iLO processor on HPE ProLiant servers, offering complete server control as long as the server remains connected. With this tool, administrators can troubleshoot issues and deploy software from virtually any location.

The features of the HPE iLO Mobile app include:
<ul>
 <li>Operating the server power switch</li>
 <li>Using the Remote Console to interact with the operating system, BIOS, and ROM configurations</li>
 <li>Mounting an ISO CD/DVD image for OS deployment</li>
 <li>Launching HPE iLO scripts and monitoring their progress</li>
 <li>Accessing the HPE iLO web interface</li>
 <li>Managing a list of servers for easy management</li>
</ul>

However, there are some limitations to consider:
<ul>
 <li>Supports HP ProLiant servers with HP iLO 3 or later versions</li>
 <li>Requires network connectivity to manage iLOs</li>
 <li>Specific port requirements or VPN may be needed for firewall traversal</li>
</ul>

Certain advanced features necessitate an HPE iLO Advanced license on the server:

 <li>iLO Virtual Media</li>
 <li>Licensing requirements for Remote Console on different server types</li>
